The Indy Fuel’s policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our users. We are committed to undertaking reasonable measures to protect the privacy and security of all of the personal information that is provided to us. Please read the following description of our policies and practices regarding your personal information.
The Indy Fuel does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when such individuals specifically provide such information on a voluntary basis. For example, such personally identifiable information may be gathered from registrations for our newsletter, social media pages, contest or sweepstakes registration, the registration process for subscription sites or services and in connection with content submissions, suggestions, voting/polling activities and transactional areas. We may collect personal information with your consent or as required or permitted by law.
